For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 70 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). In the house: lift. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach "Plage sud à hossegor" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Restaurants on the ground floor of the residence. Hossegor lake 1 km.

Location Description Capbreton

Well-known, family-friendly bathing resort with 6'700 inhabitants, in a busy position, 1 km from Hossegor, 5 km from Seignosse, 30 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, museum, cinema. Fitness centre. Station separated from Hossegor and it's marine lake by the Bourret canal.*Possible to hire push chairs, cots, booster seats (extra, according to availability, to request at the time of booking) at the Interhome office.

Location avec ameublement hétéroclite et pas adapté aux besoins ,ex: pupitre qui encombre la pièce à vivre,aucune penderie dans la chambre pour déposer ses vêtements, vieille commode inutile, etc .. Nappe pièce à vivre toute tachée,mobilier de balcon détérioré,moisissure sol salle de bain,prise de courant a vérifier.Cet appartement mérite un très grand rafraichissement avant de le proposer a la location dans LE RESPECT DES VACANCIERS. MERCI a M. de l'agence hossegor pour son écoute.

Nous avons remplacé la nappe ainsi que les fournitures du balcon, les prises ont été réparées et la moisissure a été traitée.
