Location Description Malcesine

Tourist centre, artistic and historic, situated on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the Veneto region. To visit, the "scaligero" castle erected on a rocky ledge, opposite the lake, the "Palazzo Capitani" dating from 16th century, typical renaissance building. 18 km from Riva del Garda. Lovely trips around the lake. Mountain railway to Tratto Spino (1780m above sea level) on the Monte Baldo.

Das Val di Sogno ist für uns der schönste Platz am Gardasee. Schon viele Urlaube dort verbracht.. Villa Rizzardi mit 3 FeWo=super. Ruhig, toller Ausblick schöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Sehr netter Inhaber. große Wohnung. sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung gehört Grundsaniert. Es sind noch alte Steckdosen verbaut und man ist dauernd mit dem Reisestecker unterwegs wenn man was einstecken möchte. Die Küchenutensilien sind zweckmäßig, aber man darf keine Wunder erwarten. Die Gläser könnten erneuert werden und sollten sauber sein bevor man die Wohnung neu vermietet. Der Fahrradraum ist nur ein unterstand und nicht abschließbar. Steckdosen für das Aufladen der Räder nicht vorhanden.Gute Lage, Supermarkt und Restaurant, 5 Minuten entfernt

Super Anlage. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter der auch Deutsch spricht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der dazugehörige Garten ist eingezäunt und mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und wird auch bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein

Čisté ubytování v klidné části, vilka s několika apartmány- horní s výhledem přes olivovníky na jezero. K jezeru a restauraci 2 min. pěšky, do obchodu 4 min. 5 min autem k lanovce na horu Monte Baldo (paragliding, turistika, kolo). 2 min. pěšky k pujčovně katamaránů, windsurfingů, paddleboardů a lodiček u jezera. Dlouhé trasy cyklostezek pro procházky a cykloturistiku. Lokalita, kde jsou vítáni psi jak v ubytování, tak na pláži. Vhodné i pro home office práci. Velice milý majitel. Doporučujeme.

Die Geschirr und Bedteckausstattung ist mangelhaft. Bei vier Wohnungen im Haus hätte ich eine Waschmaschine sehr begrüßt. Die Müllentsorgung ist aufwendig. Weiterempfehlung Ja, aber mit Einschränkung.
